Mr. Leonard brings to NACON nearly two decades of leadership in the distance learning and transaction-based technology industries. Before joining NACON, Mr. Leonard served as Program Manager, Global Operations at Blackboard, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBB), a global leader in enterprise technology and distance learning, and most recently as Vice President of Product Delivery at Event Innovation, a progressive technology company deploying networking applications for identity management and business intelligence. Additionally, Mr. Leonard represented NYMA, Inc, a software services company and was responsible for promoting and advancing relations with the Federal Government through design, development, and delivery of turnkey software solutions for the Department of Energy (DOE) and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Mr. Leonard holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
