Tony Robbins has been helping people on their personal development for more than 30 years and is now in need of development help himself. The entrepreneur, author and peak performance strategist is asking the community on crowdSPRING (www.crowdspring.com) to lend a hand on his company's website redesign, which, according to Robbins, is "old and needs to be completely redone." He's putting his trust in the nearly 40,000 designers from all over the world to deliver a rich, raw, originally artistic creation to use for his home page. Robbins, along with EarthToMars, is taking a multi-media approach by using video to help guide the competition, including some commentary along the way by Tony Robbins himself.
