To publish your PR you have to:

   1.Register an account
   2.Confirm your account by clicking on the link, sent you via e-mail
   3.Log in
   4.From “User Menu” (left side of the site) press “Submit PR”
   5.Write your PR (copy-paste):
      -Title
      -Select Category (only 1 choice)
      -Paste (write) intro text – this text will appear on the front page, if your PR is published there
      -Paste (write) main text – this is the main part of your article. It will be added to Intro text when article is open. Do not enter Intro text here again, because then it will appear 2 times.
      -Press “Save” or “Apply” button (up right corner)

 After your PR is submitted, it will be checked if it contains any forbidden data – adult, violence, racist content, aggressive religious content, etc. If no such problems, it will be published (up to 24 hours).
 
 By publishing your text at this site, you agree that any journalist or media can use it for free. You can not expect honorarium or other payment from site or from journalists and media that used it.
